Unveiling Shocking Allegations
Documents obtained by Fox News Digital have revealed shocking allegations made by a woman, identified as Jane Doe, claiming sexual assault during a helicopter ride with rock star Tommy Lee. Doe accuses the drummer’s personal pilot, David Martz, of luring her under false pretenses and not disclosing Lee’s presence on the flight.
A Disturbing Journey
The complaint states that during the 40-minute trip, both Lee and Martz consumed alcoholic beverages, marijuana, and cocaine. The plaintiff claims to have witnessed their substance use while refusing to participate herself. Doe further alleges that Martz invited her to sit in the cockpit, but when she declined, Lee pressured her to sit on his lap.
Forceful Actions
Doe asserts that Lee began groping and kissing her, despite her attempts to resist. The situation escalated when Lee allegedly attempted to force her into performing oral sex. Martz, according to the complaint, stood by and did nothing, even smiling throughout the incident.
Aftermath and Legal Action
Upon landing, Lee quickly exited the helicopter, leaving Doe and Martz to return to the airfield in silence. The suit claims that Doe had no contact with Martz until 2009, when he reached out to her by phone. However, the conversation was brief, and their contact ceased. Martz later died in a Cessna accident in 2015.
Emotional and Psychological Distress
The alleged sexual assault has had a profound impact on the plaintiff, causing severe emotional, physical, and psychological distress. In addition to Tommy Lee, Mayhem Touring, Inc., Tommy Lee, Inc., and A Natural High Helicopters, L.L.C. were also named as defendants in the lawsuit.
