Mega pop star seen cheering on her beau at Arrowhead Stadium
In a show of support for her boyfriend, NFL player Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift was spotted at Arrowhead Stadium cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. Swift, known for her chart-topping hits, made a stylish entrance at the stadium in a golf cart, wearing a unique ensemble that included black patterned tights, a black-and-white plaid skirt, and a black jacket with white accents. Her signature red lipstick completed the look.
Family Affair
Joining Swift at the game were her parents, Scott and Andrea. Fans noticed a man dressed as Santa Claus seated next to her in the golf cart, sparking speculation that it was her brother, Austin. Accompanying them was a blonde woman who appeared to be Austin’s girlfriend.
Cheering on Kelce
A video shared by the NFL showed Taylor Swift entering the stadium with her family, with the man in the Santa costume ringing a bell and walking by her side. Throughout the game, Swift was seen cheering animatedly for Travis Kelce, the Chiefs’ top tight end. Fans captured a video where she can be heard screaming, “Travis, oh my God!” while clapping. At one point, she even picked up a bell and joined in the cheer with the others in her box.
The Eighth Game
This marks the eighth Chiefs game that Taylor Swift has attended since she and Kelce started dating. The couple first sparked dating rumors in September when Swift appeared at Arrowhead Stadium to support the tight end. In a recent interview with TIME, Swift revealed that they were already dating when she attended that first game, dispelling the notion that it was their first date.
Swift’s Take on the Paparazzi
Swift also shared her thoughts on the photographers at the games, expressing her uncertainty about how much screen time she receives. She mentioned the challenges of not knowing when the cameras are capturing her and joked about potentially annoying some dads, Brads, and Chads. Nevertheless, her focus remains on supporting Kelce.
Super Bowl Possibility
If the Kansas City Chiefs make it to the Super Bowl on Feb. 11, it may be a game that Swift has to miss. February marks the start of her highly anticipated Eras tour in Japan. With shows scheduled in Tokyo from Feb. 7 to Feb. 10, Swift will be unable to attend the Super Bowl if her boyfriend’s team secures a spot in the championship game.
