Suspect Charged with First-Degree Murder
Police in Ottawa have apprehended a 19-year-old man in connection with the deaths of two adults and four children in a horrific incident in the southern part of the Canadian capital. Febrio Dezoysa faces six counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder, according to Ottawa Police Chief Eric Stubbs.
